We want your SmileDirectClub experience to give you a reason to smile. We will refund your risk-free $95.00 impression kit or SmileShop scan if the affiliated licensed provider in your state determines that you aren’t a suitable candidate for our invisible aligner system.
We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a scanning appointment. Give us a call at (800) 688-4010 during regular business hours to change your appointment. If you do not reschedule or cancel and you miss an appointment or arrive 15 minutes late, you’ll be charged the full price for the scheduled appointment.
Your customized SmileDirectClub Invisible Aligners can be returned at any time during the course of your treatment, as long as the aligners are completely unused and unopened. We’ll refund the prorated amount of any unused and unopened aligners from your total purchase price. You are responsible for any shipping charges when returning your invisible aligners.

Once we receive and process your return, we’ll email you to let you know your refund has been issued. You’ll typically see your refund on your credit card statement within 5 to 10 days of processing depending on your financial institution.
If you received a faulty product and need to return it for the same item, please call our Customer Care team at (800) 848-7566 to request a replacement.
