In most cases, SmileDirectClub will coordinate payment directly with the insurance company, so you only pay the balance of what you owe after insurance coverage is applied to your total treatment cost. There are some cases where your insurance company may require that you pay the total balance of your aligner treatment before applying for reimbursement through them. If so, we will provide the forms you need to file your reimbursement claim with your insurance provider.
