When should I whiten my teeth, and how often?

Whiten for 5 minutes every morning and night for 1 week. Remember to whiten every 6 months. Since it only takes 10 minutes a day, you can whiten while you’re in aligner treatment, but some Club members find it easier to wait until after treatment is complete.

Should I use bright on while wearing my invisible aligners?

No, apply bright on after you’ve taken out your aligners and brushed your teeth. Great news: bright on only takes 5 minutes in the morning and 5 minutes in the evening – when you’re already brushing your teeth – and won’t disrupt your smile plan.

Can I use bright on if I have fillings, bonding, or veneers?

Using teeth whitening with bonding or fillings can discolor your teeth. bright on does not whiten veneers.
