Our phone numbers vary by country, so you can get support in your native language. Head to SmileDirectClub.com and check the flag in the top right to make sure you’re on your local site. Then just scroll down to our phone number, which is listed on the bottom of the page.
Are you more the email or online chat type? We get it. You can slide into our inbox or chat box anytime. To do this, click the “contact” link below the phone number. This will take you to a new page where you’ll see the chat option and our phone number again—just in case you change your mind and want to call instead. Below that is our contact form that you can use to email us.
Once you sign in, a chat option will also pop up on your dashboard.
Some things are better dealt with virtually. If virtual orthodontic consult is the better way to handle your concern, we can make it happen. To do this, you need to contact us first. Our teledentistry team will set up the video call, ensuring a secure and safe connection for your privacy.
This virtual face-to-face lets our dental team get up close and personal. If needed, this tool allows them to look inside your mouth, take photographs, and mark the images so your treating doctor can resolve your concerns or questions ASAP. It’s the next best thing to an in-person visit, but better because you can do it from home and in your jammies if you want to. Our video chat is powered by SightCall, which is HIPPA compliant and encrypted so you don’t have to worry about your data or medical information being exposed.
Speaking of virtual ortho visits, the SmileDirectClub app is pretty cool. It’s chock full of information and answers to your burning questions. If that doesn’t do the trick, you can chat with our Customer Care of Dental Teams within the app. They’ll get on your concern and handle it.
