You get in touch with us via phone, email, chat, or video call.
You can get support anytime regardless of your time zone. Getting in touch with a local orthodontist outside of office hours can be difficult. With SmileDirectClub, you stay home and we come to you, via the power of telehealth.
You can download our SmileDirectClub app to track your progress on your Smile Journey and stay on schedule with your aligners. You can also use our app to get support at any time.
During your Smile Journey, you’ll have regular virtual Smile Check-insTM with your treating doctor to ensure you’re on track. If you have any concerns at your Smile Check-in or at any point in your journey, we’ll handle it. If necessary, we’ll ship touch-up aligners to you at no cost.
