We believe in the confidence of a great smile. And the power of the women around us.
To celebrate International Women’s Day, we brought together women from all different teams and career paths at SmileDirectClub as they discussed how they rose up in their careers and what it’s like to be a woman working at SmileDirectClub, the pioneer of at-home, doctor-directed invisible aligner therapy. SmileDirectClub was also named a Best Large Company for Women by Comparably in 2018.
We invited Mari Andrew, writer, illustrator, and speaker from New York City, to sit down with a group of women from SmileDirectClub to talk about their experiences. She was joined by Cheryl DeSantis, chief people officer; Niki White, ADL people and organization manager; Sydney Stars, tax manager; Jami Arias, SmileShop manager; Michelle Hey, Python developer; and Blandine Jean-Paul, vice president of brand marketing.
Thank women today. And tomorrow. And the next day.
“Our future’s now,” Jean-Paul says.
