These smoothies are good for your teeth and gums and soft enough for teeth that might be a little sore from wearing your invisible aligners. Plus, each recipe includes healthy ingredients that will fill you up, minimizing the number of times you have to take out your aligners to eat a snack!
Get the blender ready, stat – you’ll want to whip these smoothie bowls up right away.

Makes 1 large or 2 small servings.
Peel 3 (ripe) bananas and transfer into a resealable bag or airtight container. Set in the freezer overnight.
In a high-speed blender, combine frozen bananas, almond milk, frozen coconut, carob (or cocoa) powder, cinnamon, and hemp seeds. Blend until smooth.
Transfer into a bowl and add coconut flakes, almond butter, banana, raw almonds, cacao nibs, or toppings of choice. Serve.
